Captain America: Brave New World - No Brave Direction Here
When did everything with the Marvel Cinematic Universe become so average? It doesn't feel that long ago when Marvel Studios was at its peak with movies like Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame to name a couple. Now, Marvel movies are just trying to recapture a bygone era and Captain America: Brave New World is no exception. For the sake of brevity, almost everything about Captain America: Brave New World is average (or "mid" for the young readers). The action has some moments but is fairly forgettable. The characters are just alright. The story has the slightest amount of intrigue. Some elements of the film are worse than others though. There is an inexcusable amount of exposition present. A fair amount of the CGI looks poor. Captain America's (Anthony Mackie) outfit feels like a hodgepodge of multiple Marvel characters and Falcon's (Danny Ramirez) outfit might be the worst in any Marvel movie.
